How To Access The Cluster

To obtain an account, the following details are needed:

	* Names:
	* Institutional Emails:
	* Project title:
	* University:
	* Phone contacts:

Please provide these to Dr M.O. Atambo at TU-K for an account to be created for you.
Once this is done, please use the SSH protocol using the following hostname and your username:

Getting Started

The cluster uses slurm as the scheduler, to know more about slurm the manual can be found online.

Simple Tasks With Slurm

The scheduler organizes resources through the partition system (roughly equivalent to pbs queues).
To view the available partitions, the sinfo command is available:

Overview

The cluster is made up of a set of CPU based machines, with a single login node, and attached storage that
has been made available to you.
The compute nodes are uniform, with 16 cores per node, and 32GB of RAM. Parallel calculations can take advantage of the fast low-latency network available.
